Marketplace order and access
Installation and access are subject to an active Marketplace entitlement, the applicable Atlassian terms, and any separate written agreement with getCodeLess.
Permitted use
Use the app within authorized Atlassian sites for lawful internal business purposes. Do not bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or misuse another person’s content or access.
Customer content and access
Customers retain their rights in their content and control access through their Atlassian configuration. They are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content entered into the app.
Support and commitments
Public support pages describe channels and hours only. Response targets, availability, credits, warranties, liability, or compliance commitments apply only when included in binding written terms.
Atlassian platform dependency
Power Pack depends on Atlassian Cloud and Forge. Atlassian platform availability, policies, and lifecycle controls are governed separately from services operated by getCodeLess.
